How does it work?
All workshops are listed seperatly. So if you want to attend multiple classes, you need to buy a ticket for each individual one.
We made this choice because the number of possible attendees varies a lot between the different rooms and classes.
After your purchase, you will receive your digital ticket(s) and conformation. Additional important info will be shared later in a separate email. Only people who purchased a ticket will have access to this information.
This also means it is not allowed to bring anyone without a registration, unless this was discussed with and approved by the organizers. Everyone who enters the building will be checked in by one of the crewmembers present. (a.k.a. our beloved doorbiutch).
We reserved “accessibility” spots for people who are unable to plan far ahead due to illness and/or disability (in the broadest meaning of the word).
This means we won’t sell 100% of the available tickets in advance. If any of these spots are not claimed the evening before the event at 8 PM, they will be added to the ticketpool again as “last minute door tickets”.
We MIGHT have some tickets available at the door, but please do not count on this and reserve in advance.

Why different options?
We have several tiers and available, including (limited!) dicounts for those who need it and options for caregivers and volunteers.
Each ticket is all-inclusive and will grant access to the entire event.
Regular Tickets: tickets with “standard” pricing.
A single ticket will give you access to 1 workshop.
If you buy tickets for all 3 rounds, use code PASSE to get a €10,- discount
NB: we have 3 rounds of workshops, so you can pick 1 per round.
SupporteD tickets: limited availability. Reserved for those who, for whatever reason, cannot afford the regular ticket fee.
Send us an email to receive your discount code BEFORE ordering if you need to use this option.
SupporteR tickets: For those with the financial freedom and willingness to show additional support. These compensate the SupporteD and caregiver tickets. You can add your donation (suggestion when selecting your tickets.
Supporters will receive a small token of appreciation on the day of the event.
Caregiver / solidarity tickets: primarily (but not exclusively) reserved for those who accompany people with a need for care or personal assistance.
Please send us an email to receive a unique link to order this type of ticket.
It is helpful to add a short description of what your caregiver will be doing (for example: chauffeur, medical care, assistance with ADL, sign language interpreter) and if you need any additional help or facilities from us.
Workshift tickets: Limited availability.
If you select this option, we will contact a.s.a.p. to discuss details.
In exchange for a 2 hour workshift, you will get a 50% discount on the price for a single workshop. Want to attend 2 or more classes? Let us know well in advance, so we can try to make a custom option.
Workshifts will be scheduled fitting to your abilities if needed. Activities may include:
- cleaning
- making coffee/tea
- food preparation
- setting up rooms
- assisting workshop hosts
- guarding the door
Available until one week before the event starts, so we have time to make a “crew” schedule.
Prices
These are the regular 2025 prices, valid from april 2nd 2025 until may 17rh 2025.

- Two workshops: €50,-

50% discount on ANY Regular Ticket.* - LIMITED Solidarity/caregiver ticket €5,-*
- LIMITED Workshift Ticket single workshop:
€10 euro + 2 hours workshift plus briefing. - SupporteR ticket: regular + minimum of €10,- additional donation
* Contact us to get the dicount code / “hidden” ticket option.
Quoted prices include 21% VAT/BTW, but exclude €0,80 service fee per workshop for our ticketing service.

Terms and conditions
By ordering a ticket and/or attending this event you agree to these terms as well as our codes of conduct.
General
- Registration is confirmed only upon full payment of the event fee.
- Maximum of 3 tickets per order (excluding caregivers).
- Participants must be part of the WLINTA /FLINTA community.
- You choose the classes you want to attend in advance. Changing you choice is only possible and allowed after consulting with the organizers.
- The schedule may be subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control.
- We will do our best to communicate any chances as soon as possible and provide alternatives if needed.
- Some classes have limited availability and/or are very popular. If the class of your choice is on capacity, you can be put on the waitinglist.
- Participants must provide accurate information during registration. The organizer is not responsible for any errors that may occur due to incorrect information
- The organizer may limit attendance or refuse or revoke entry at their discretion.
- Participants are only allowed to transfer their ticket IF they have explicit permission from the host by PM or email.
Both tickets and (nick)names will be checked at the door - It is the participants responsibility to make sure they read and understand the information provided. This includes but is not limited to: schedule, facilities, food, timing, codes of conduct
Refund / cancellation policy :
- In case the event is cancelled by the organiser, you will receive a full refund.
- If a presenter/host has to cancel a workshop(s) of your choice, we will provide an alternative option OR you can opt for a (partial) refund.
- In case participants cancel at least one week before the event, they will get a full refund.
- In case participants cancels within one week before the event, they will NOT be refunded. Tickets may be tranferred after consulting the organizer.
- If a participant is removed or denied due to unwanted/disruptive behavior and/or failing to comply with our codes of conduct, they will NOT be refunded. This is also the case if we find out a participant is not part of the target audience.
